Headspace: Sleep & Meditation Reviews: What Users Really Think

The extent to which this app has worsened in terms of content, interface and focus over the past few years is difficult to comprehend. What was once a simple mindfulness app has now become an overwhelming, unnavigable mess of content. Instead of being able to find useful meditations, or even return …

They ask u to pay money to even do a simple meditation 🙄

I can’t do anything without paying. I thought you reduced stress but this made me stress. I can’t pay. At least leave 4 ones you don’t have to pay for.😡😡😡

This app should rename its self to headACHE. For a company that is based around improving the mental wellbeing of people, they clearly aren’t doing a very good job of it. I was given a guest pass and in order to access it, I had to enter subscription details. I then tried to cancel the free trial be…

This is a top notch app and Sleepcasts have truly added value to my nighttime routine. If I may add a suggestion: I usually have a hard time falling asleep which results in me having to play 2-3 Sleepcasts a night. I would love a feature to be able to queue up episodes to play after one another so I…

I used to love Headspace back when the app had a daily routine. Now I just feel overwhelmed with the amount of content. A feature that randomly selects a session would reduce decision fatigue. For now, I’m finding a different meditation app. But if Headspace ever installs a shuffle feature or reintr…

I love headspace, but looking at older videos the old home page with “morning, afternoon, and night” specifics was way better than what they have now. The continuous scrolling on the home page and sections offers too much to the eye without the option to do any specific saving like playlists beyond …

Often times I open the app and I feel more lost than when I decided I needed to meditate in the first place. I can’t find what I need, when I need it and it feels like doom scrolling for 15 minutes before I find a meditation that will actually help me. By that time I’ve moved on from my initial str…

Hello! This is a small quirk/request but I’m wondering if you guys are at any point going to update your app icon to have a dark mode option. All my other apps have nice dark icons that help compliment dark mode, but Headspace is still bright white. Can we pretty please get a dark mode icon with a b…

Used this a long time ago for mindfulness and wanted to restart the practice. But this app is now a mess trying everything to get you to take a free trial for the paid version and a very complicated interface. All I wanted was a simple mindfulness meditation but got a bucket full of stress instead!…

This was a great app but the writing was on the wall for it as soon as they added the AI chat bot that they wanted you to use like a therapist. As of today, 10/1/26, they’ve sold out to Sword, a tech bro AI “health” company. Cancelled the subscription immediately.

I have tried so many things. But the warmth and comfort this app brings into my life are not comparable. Thank you for making this space. I am too lazy to give feedbacks and reviews but i had to because if anyone is going through thoughts that brings you down start your day with this app and end you…

I think mindfulness and breathing training are underrated. Headspace is now my morning routine and an essential part of my life. I can’t thank the team enough to bring such powerful and updated tool to the world. I hope Andy is doing ok! My favorite headspace person please take care of yourself.
