Fireflies: AI notetaker Reviews: What Users Really Think

I’ve gone from loving this app to hating it

Why is my note summary not working? It has not worked ever since I updated the app.

Idea is good but functionality is awful. I can’t tell you how many times my recording stopped on its own and ruined my recordings of important meetings.

Van alles geprobeerd maar gratis versie werkt samenvatting niet

Very annoying when you rely on the app to record meetings you are unable to attend but the app doesn’t perform

Love the app! One thing, though: Please give us the option to disable autoplay of recordings? When I retrieve my notes in meetings and it starts loudly playing it’s very distracting.

The app itself is fantastic. I has great learning, it’s incredibly easy to use. The notes are pretty accurate, even with a preponderance of scientific and medical jargon. Honestly, my ONLY complaint with the app itself is that you are unable to edit conversations and notes. For that, you need to be …

I wish there was a good tutorial that came with the subscription, it’s really a shot in the dark knowing if it’s working correctly or not. Would also like to have video of both people in the zoom call, unfortunately it’s only the person that’s doing the talking is being videoed.

Very easy to on board. Perfect to track meetings and interviews. Then just copy transcripts or summaries to your doc

Fireflies: AI - I have tried at least 10 AI note recording programs and nothing even holds a candle to Fireflies. Been using for about a year and have never lost a recording. 10 out 10

This program makes my job as the recording secretary a breeze. It records the entire meeting, creates notes while at the same time allowing me to focus on the meeting and shorthand my notes then add them to the AI Note taker for finalization.
