Audible: Audiobooks & Podcasts Reviews: What Users Really Think

You’ll loose acces to your books, which you have paid for when you end your subscription. Basta greedy company

I used to absolutely love Audible years ago when it was a simple app that lets you discover and play your favorite audiobooks. Now it’s like they’re trying so hard to Jim and so many menus and categories of things. It seems impossible to just get you a list of books I own, or books from my favorite …

You don’t actually own the books that you “purchase” using the credits given to you from the subscription you pay for. Once you pause or cancel your subscription you can no longer listen to the books you supposedly own. This is exactly the way a library functions except the library is free. Download…

I use watch app, iPhone app, and Rivian app. Sync is so unreliable that it makes the app almost unusable. I do not want to spend minutes fiddling with the app searching the correct position every time I listen. And never ever start syncing old positions to other devices. Does not make any sense …

I love love love Audible. The app is amazing. The perks are great. It’s perfect. Except… I would love to stop using GoodReads to track all the books I’ve read. Audible does not allow me to rate books I haven’t bought or read through them. Because it doesn’t, it often suggestions “I might like” boo…

The app mostly works well, but I’m getting increasingly frustrated because I try to avoid Harry Potter and the author as much as possible, since profits from the franchise are being used to strip away LGBTQ+ rights here in the UK. It’s impossible to avoid HP on audible - the latest cash do-over is c…

Follow an author and the iOS app gives you nowhere to see who you follow. No list. No library of followed authors. No “new from people I follow.” You tap Follow, it vanishes into the void, and the only way back is hunting titles one at a time. Desktop/web isn’t a substitute when the thing I pay for …

So far I have enjoyed the books and even the digital narrations (so much more than some of the the cringey real narrations) but the one thing I greatly dislike is that it does not tell you when a book is part of a series. I have read two books now that I found out after were in the middle or end. Th…

Great app with great selection of titles. The new sleep timer is unnecessarily convoluted though. Wish you’d bring the old one back.

What a great listen. Anyone wanting a simple guide to achieving greatness in investing, then this is a must. Very easy to understand and put into place. Fantastic product from Scott and a great counter balance to the Sunday show. Buy this audiobook and you should benefit greatly.

Each tactic was delivered perfectly, and conveys such depth of knowledge, which makes the reader confident and equipped to defend our Christian convictions! God bless you Brother Greg Koukl.
